We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached and must not be removed.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

• Once your refund request is approved, we will share the return address with you via WhatsApp or Instagram. The customer is responsible for sending the product to the provided return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the above conditions, your refund will be processed according to our standard refund procedure.

Please note that items that have been used, washed, damaged, or returned without their original tags attached will not be eligible for a refund.
